Mr Chhoa Kwang Hua, a Malaysian, aged 44, co-founded the Company with Dato’ Mukhriz in 1994. He is the Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance, Honours from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts in 1992. With his many years of experience gained overseas in the financial and telecommunications business, he contributed favourably to Opcom Group’s operations. His involvement is primarily focused on the financial, corporate planning and development responsibilities of Opcom Group.
