We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of Opcom Holdings Berhad has pursuant to the Companys Bylaw 16.1 approved the renewal of the "Employees Share Option Scheme" for a further five (5) years upon its expiry on 14 April 2010 to 14 April 2015.
Notice of the above renewal will be served on each eligible employee and grantee.
